Consultation

At Xthrive Gym, our consultation explores your 'X' - your unique potential. We assess your fitness and goals to tailor a plan that aligns with our community group sessions. With expert guidance and supportive resources, unlock your 'X' and thrive with us.

Step 2

Assessment

A coach will conduct a thorough assessment covering mobility, strength, and foundational strength and conditioning movements, including squats, deadlifts, overhead mobility, and more.

Step 3

Training

Training at xthrive is tailored for all fitness levels, with sessions led by the head coach and supported by assistant coaches and interns to ensure high-quality instruction. Our training is strategically periodized, focusing on mastery of movement rather than random workouts, so every session builds skill and progress.

Step 4

Xthrive Lifestyle

Each gym session lasts one hour on weekdays, during which we take the opportunity to educate on training, nutrition, sleep, and recovery. Our engaging sessions foster a supportive community that promotes positive change in life, complemented by occasional nutrition seminars.
