Consultation
At Xthrive Gym, our consultation explores your 'X' - your unique potential. We assess your fitness and goals to tailor a plan that aligns with our community group sessions. With expert guidance and supportive resources, unlock your 'X' and thrive with us.

Assessment
A coach will conduct a thorough assessment covering mobility, strength, and foundational strength and conditioning movements, including squats, deadlifts, overhead mobility, and more.

Training
Training at Xthrive is tailored for all fitness levels, with sessions led by the head coach and supported by assistant coaches and interns to ensure high-quality instruction. Our training is strategically periodized, focusing on mastery of movement rather than random workouts, so every session builds skill and progress.

Xthrive Lifestyle
Each gym session lasts one hour on weekdays, during which we take the opportunity to educate on training, nutrition, sleep, and recovery. Our engaging sessions foster a supportive community that promotes positive change in life, complemented by occasional nutrition seminars.
